Chipotle Mexican Grill, now open, broke ground at the Interstate Highway 35E and Farm-to-Market Road 2181 (Swisher Road) Interchange in June 2019 as part of the Corinth Gateway development. Chipotle Mexican Grill is a well-known premium fast casual brand specializing in Mission-style burritos and tacos. Using high-quality raw ingredients, classic cooking techniques, and distinctive interior design, Chipotle Mexican Grill brings features from the realm of fine dining to the world of quick-service restaurants. The mission statement --- "food with integrity" --- attests to the company’s commitment to the use of naturally raised meat, organic produce and dairy without added hormones. The Corinth location features a modern design that favorably complements adjacent properties, utilizing a lot already designed for restaurant use and platted along with the Swisher 35E Addition. The Corinth location features a new sales concept for Chipotle Mexican Grill. Customers will be able to place orders online and pick them up at a drive through window on site. The restaurant build-out consists of a 2,375 square feet of dining space on approximately 1.341 acres. Some 44 percent of the total site area consists of landscaping. Chipotle Mexican Grill planted numerous trees as part of the development project, and also agreed to construct sidewalks, where feasible, along the property in order to provide positive visibility at a key intersection along Corinth’s southern city limits.
