The Goddard School of Corinth

The Goddard School of Corinth held its grand opening in August 2019. The Goddard School pre-school franchise delivers a high-quality, play-based learning program to families all over the United States, serving more than 65,000 students at more than 460 Schools in 36 states using the most current, academically endorsed methods to ensure that children have fun while learning the skills they need for long-term success in school and in life. In addition to the school, the approved planned development includes concept plans for mixed-use development that may include the construction of an office/retail development in combination with housing. The site plan incorporates modern green infrastructure methods by using bio-swales to provide for drainage at the site. This will enhance the attractiveness of the development, create habitat for bird and butterfly species, aid in the filtration of pollutants from water and slow the flow of runoff at the site.
