Apricus Venue

Consisting collectively of 14,054 square feet --- of which 9,445 square feet is enclosed space, 1,134 square feet is outdoor patio space and 3,475 square feet is outdoor venue space --- Apricus Venue is available for events and weddings as a part of the larger Millennium Place development. Millennium Place is a luxury master-planned development set on 24 acres fronting Interstate Highway 35E, just north of Dobbs Road. This venue neighbors a scenic water feature, and shares connectivity with proposed restaurant, retail and hotel developments within the same master-planned development. The event center will feature a large ballroom and an outside patio overlooking the water feature.
