ZTA26-0010: Vape and Vape Paraphernalia Shop UDC Regulations Amendment:

On Monday, July 27, 2026 at 6:00 PM, the City of Corinth Planning & Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing on the item listed below. Should the Planning & Zoning Commission make a recommendation, the Corinth City Council will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, August 20, 2026, at 6:30 PM and consider acting on the item listed below. The meetings will be held at the Corinth City Hall, 3300 Corinth Pkwy, Corinth, Texas 76208.

• A city-initiated request to amend multiple sections of the Unified Development Code, including Subsection 2.07.03 – Use Chart and Subsection 5.02 – Words and Terms to define Vape and Vape Paraphernalia Shop and to add this use to the use chart.

The public is invited to attend the meetings and make comments for or against this request. Should the Planning & Zoning Commission make a recommendation, the Corinth City Council will conduct public hearings on Thursday, August 20, 2026, at 6:30 PM and consider acting on the item listed below. The meetings will be held at the Corinth City Hall, 3300 Corinth Pkwy, Corinth, Texas 76208.

• A city-initiated request to amend multiple sections of the Unified Development Code including Subsection 2.06.01 – MX-R, Mixed Use Residential, Subsection 2.07.03 – Use Chart, and Subsection 2.08.04 – Residential Dimensional Regulations Chart to amend the zoning regulations of the MX-R, Mixed Use Residential, zoning district.

ZMA26-0002: Southwest Corner of Shady Shores Road and Hondue Lane Rezoning to MX-R :

The meetings will be held at the Corinth City Hall, 3300 Corinth Pkwy, Corinth, Texas 76208.

• A city-initiated rezoning request to amend the Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map of the City of Corinth, each being a part of the Unified Development Code, to rezone approximately ±3.8 acres from I, Industrial, to MX-R, Mixed Use Residential, with the subject properties being generally located at 2806 Shady Shores Road, 2808 Shady Shores Road, 2810 Shady Shores Road, 2812 Shady Shores Road, 2814 Shady Shores Road, 1121 Hondue Lane, 1129 Hondue Lane, 1141 Hondue Lane, 1149 Hondue Lane, and 1157 Hondue Lane.
