Online Payment Plan Request

Your request will be processed by the court and you will be notified of any documents you need to sign and any down payments that need to be made to finalize your Payment Plan Agreement.  
​IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE FROM THE COURT WITHIN 7 DAYS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTACTING THE COURT TO DETERMINE THE STATUS OF YOUR REQUEST.
 
DOWN PAYMENT REQUIREMENT

All Cases (Warrant and non-warrant)

Down payment requirement will be 20% of total owed or $50 (whichever is greater). 

Payment must be made immediately once the plan is approved to finalize the agreement. 

Time Payment Fee (State Law)

A time payment fee is assessed pursuant to Article 102.030 of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure. This fee is added to the total balance owed and paid over time as part of the payment plan.
