Current Developments

Completed – listed below are a collection of all the developments across Corinth that have been completed in the last year.

  1. Timber Ridge - A residential community featuring 52 single-family attached town homes set across 8 acres. Designed with a focus on comfort, quality, and neighborhood appeal. Located near Agora Park, residents can enjoy easy access to outdoor recreation, entertainment, and dining.
  2. Ashford Park – Ashford Park offers single-family residential lots, with access to an amenity center featuring a resort-style pool, a park, and trails. Residents enjoy convenient access to nearby parks, a country club, dining options, and a local hospital, making it a well-rounded and desirable community. The development will be designed in 3 phases with the first consisting of 174 units, second phase 160 residential units and finally the third phase consisting of 100 residential units
  3. Taylor Estates has 44 single-family homes with quick access to the I-35E. Homes feature open layouts, modern finishes, and comfortable spaces for everyday living. Residents enjoy easy access to entertainment, parks, shopping, and dining.
  4. Scooter's Coffee is a convenient drive-thru-only location serving freshly brewed coffee, specialty espresso drinks, smoothies, and quick bites on the go. Known for fast, friendly service and quality ingredients, it’s the perfect stop for your daily caffeine fix or refreshing treatment.

Constructing – This list consists of all the developments that have completed the planning requirements and have been issued building permits or intend to apply for a building permit soon.

  1. RAK Shady Shores Industrial is a warehouse development off North Corinth Street hosting 66,300 square footage of industrial warehouse located within 25 minutes of DFW airport and 30 minutes away from downtown Dallas.
  2. Corinth Distribution Center (Phelan Industrial??) (DFW Northwest Gateway) is located near the intersection of North Corinth and Shady Shores that will host 146,675 sf warehouse building. Corinth’s central location provides access to I35 directly connecting the distribution center to DFW airport, Dallas, and Denton.
  3. Corinth Groves is a residential development hosting 316 multi-family units including 48 for-rent townhouse units at the corner of Lake Sharon Drive and Meadow Oaks Drive. The site hosts proximity to I3E and is 1 mile away from Agora Park.
  4. Hillside of Corinth is a residential development adding 67 single family residential lofts near the intersection of Post Oak drive and Ainsley court. The neighborhood offers proximity to Hawk Elementary and Crownover Middle School.
  5. Oak Ridge Park is a single-family development with 321 Residential lofts. Found south of Lake Sharon drive which connects the development to nearby education facilities corner commercial lots while only being a 5-minute drive from Agora Park and the downtown area.
  6. Lake Dallas High School Renovations – Lake Dallas is undergoing renovations to   add a cutting-edge design for the students of Lake Dallas. The construction will add a new main entry at the front of the building, new classrooms, a multipurpose indoor practice facility and expanded shared spaces across the campus.   7. Arden at Corinth features 286 apartment units and 28 townhouses. Residents enjoy a range of amenities within a 15-minute walk including grocery stores, restaurants, preschool and a pharmacy.  
  8. Enclave at Canyon Ranch – A 48 Acre project located near the intersection of Parkridge drive and FM2181 adding 234 Single family residential lofts.

Planned – This list consists of developments that are still in the planning review process

  1. Falcon Towne Center- At the Northeast corner of Parkridge Drive and FM 2181there was a rezoning request made to construct a mixed-use development with first floor retail and restaurants with residential units totaling to 6,000 square feet. In addition, there are plans to create a CareNow facility on the same lot.
  2. American Eagle Harley-Davidson & Bootleggers – This project will be a redevelopment of the Harley Davidson building off I-35. The proposed plan will add in a restaurant with a pavilion, additions to the existing showroom and construct a Rider Academy building where people can come to learn how to ride a motorcycle.
  3. Assured Self Storage 365 – West of Old Highway 77 and south of Shady Shores Road there are plans for a self-storage facility across 7 acres of land to provide storage needs for the residents of Corinth.
  4. Parkway Lofts – Between I-35 and Corinth parkway on the west side is an approved planned development to bring in 293 multi-family units along with 19 for-rent townhouse units within a 15-minute walking distance from the downtown area, and soon to be remodeled Harly-Davidson and Bootleggers.
  5. Saddlebrook – Near the intersection of Post Oak Drive and Creekside Drive) plans were adopted to build 97 Single Family Residential lots across that are within a 15-minute walk to, Windsor ridge and Eagle Pass Parks while also being across the street from a middle and elementary school.
  6. Oxford at the Boulevard – Located at the corner of Corinth Parkway and Lake Sharon drive there are plans to add 172 multi-family units to existing apartment complex that is a short 5-minute drive to Agora park and the downtown area and connection to I-35E.
  7. Pearl's Place – This project was recently rezoned to host a 52 Single Family Residential within a short driving distance to Elementary, Middle and High schools with parks populated in surrounding neighborhoods.
  8. Ford Office Building – At the corner of Lake Sharon drive and Carpenter Lane Ford will be constructing an Office/warehouse building totaling around 4,584 square footage. The construction is within a 5-minute drive to access the highway and Downtown Corinth.
  9. Stoneridge Hospitality Office Building – At the corner of Lake Sharon and Carpenter Lane Stoneridge Hospitality will be constructing a 4,604 square footage office building. The construction is within a 5-minute drive to access the highway and Downtown Corinth.
  10. Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union – Site plans were recently approved for construction of a new credit union located west of I35 near South Garrison Road and Riverview Drive. The credit union will provide quick access right off I35E and to the surrounding housing and apartments nearby.
  11. Quarry Multifamily - Across the street from the High School, plants were approved for a 90-unit residential community offering a mix of townhouses and duplexes located across from Lake Dallas High School. The site is also located near nearby plans to develop retail developments around Parkridge Dr and FM 2181.
  12. Parkridge Plaza – At the Northwest corner of Parkridge drive and FM 2181 a site plan was approved for construction of 11,240 square foot development with retails and restaurants on the first floor accompanied by rental units above. The location is across the street from Lake Dallas High School and connected to a pharmacy and DATCU credit union.
  13. Dairy Queen - Near the corner of Parkridge Drive and FM 2181 there have been reviews to construct a Dairy Queen with a drive through.
  14. Canyon Ranch Estates – This planned development was approved to construct 33 single family residential lots across 37 acres across the west side of Horseshoe Lake. This low density development will provide units in close proximity to Horseshoe Lake and Lake Dallas High School.
