General Election

The City of Corinth General Election will be held on Saturday, May 2, 2026.

General Election Application Information

Residents who wish to apply for the 2026 General Election are advised to carefully review the candidate letter. Candidate qualifications are as follows:

• Shall be a qualified voter
• Shall be at least twenty-one (21) years of age
• Shall have resided in the City for 12 months immediately preceding the election
• Shall not be employed by the City
• Shall meet all other eligibility requirements of the Texas Election Code

Voting Information

During Early Voting, residents may vote at any location within Denton County.

On Election Day, residents must vote at their assigned precinct. Precincts 2071, 2072, 2073, and 3160.
