Councilmember Rayl has been a resident of Corinth since 2005. She has a bachelor's degree in psychology. She currently owns several businesses, including a harm reduction brand, an ankle monitoring company, a debt collection company, a housekeeping company, a consulting firm, and three counseling centers.
Along with her current service as a City Councilmember, Mrs. Rayl serves as a board member of the Crime Control and Prevention District and the Fire Control, Prevention, and Emergency Services District. Council Member Rayl has served Corinth on the boards of Keep Corinth Beautiful and the Board of Adjustments and Construction Appeals.
